Sly Guys of the IFL

I was checking out the IFL site (http://www.ifl.tv) tonight and noticed that there were several Sly Bald Guys in the league.  Here they are:

Mike Ciesnolevicz of the Silver Backs


Matt Lindland of the Wolfpack


Gabe Rivas of the Scorpions


Mark Miller of the Red Bears


Adam Lynn of the Condors


Krzysztof Soszynski of the Anacondas


Benji Radach of the Anacondas


Maurice Smith, coach of the Tiger Sharks

First I have heard of IFL. Is this like freestyle fighting only with teams and a league that fight each other?
