Headslick
« on: August 03, 2007, 11:36:00 PM »
I've always used Edge gel for shaving and have been happy with the results, but I suspect that it may the reason that my bathroom sink is getting clogged so frequently.  I'm thinking of giving Headslick a try when my current can of Edge runs out.  For those of you who use Headslick, do you also shave your faces with it?

Yeah, I use it to shave my face also.  Works great.

Even though I've switched up and don't use the HB anymore I still use HeadSlick and HeadLube.  Yeah, works great on the face.  I also use the HeadLube on my face also after shaving.  I actually use it all over the face.  I tend to have dry skin and my nose peals a lot if I don't keep some type of lotion on it.  So once I started using the HB products a while back I read how it's safe to use HeadLube all the time.   Plus the ingredients in it won't really clog pores.

Had a kinda wierd thing happen yesterday... I've been using Headslick along with a little Edge shaving gel with aloe for about the last month.  I came home from work yesterday and opened the door to my bathroom closet where I keep most of my shaving stuff... and my can of Edge Shaving gel had just kinda exploded all over the place.  It's not like it was hot in there or anything. There was shaving foam in everything.  Maybe it was getting a complex from sitting on the shelf next to the Headslick????? :*))

I use headslick for both face and head, but I am also a shower shaver. Just runs quicker that way.

damn this imagination. i just had the whole scene flash through my head. the headslick is like a mob boss running the bathroom when you leave. he just had the competition knocked off. think toy story meets the sopranos in the bathroom. trust me guys this imagination can be a curse sometimes. but it does keep things fun.

Razor, count me in as a dedicated Headslick guy... love the stuff -- head and face in the shower.  It lasts a long time, and I just can't find anything that works better for me or is more economical.  I've heard of guys using really expensive stuff like Billy Jealousy, but if I were Billy, I would be jealous of Headslick.
How is that Hopey / Changey thing working for you?

What makes Headslick such a good shave cream? I have never used this product as it is not available here in OZ.

I use KOS gel currently and find it quite good.

I have been shaving for about 4 years now and was about to give it all up.  I had irritated my head for the last time, and then I found headslick. This stuff was awesome.  I had no irritation at all.  It stopped the razor from clogging, and I could get a few more shaves out of each razor.  I don't know if everyone will have the same experience, but I still shave my head thanks to headslick.

As far as availability you can get it from http://www.headblade.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?
