Add a laser hair removal as a 2nd level category

Based on the number of discussions I've been seeing, I think a laser hair removal forum, a peer of Head Shaving / Face Shaving / etc, would be appropriate. Right now those discussions seem to be stuffed under Misc.

Not a bad idea...Maybe we could create a child board called "Alternative Shaving Methods" Let's see what Tyler says...

That's a great suggestion now that the topic is getting a lot of discussion around it.  I'll look for the best place to add it.
