Time to keg beer this weekend
« on: August 03, 2007, 12:51:55 PM »
I brewed a Widmer Hefeweizen clone last week, got it re-racked last night, cleaned most of my kegging stuff, so hopefully I'll be kegging it Sunday.  By this time next weekend, cold, home brewed Hefeweizen will be waiting to be served.   $#*t

I was bragging, big time.  I haven't had much of a chance to brew lately.  What with house projects, jeep still up on stands (jeep will be on 4 wheels after this weekend) Still need to tile a bathroom.  Busy busy.   :*))

About 1 hour away is some trails in the National Forest.  I'm still in the city, on the very edge of it, but still inside city limits.

With those surroundings it is hard to believe you are in city limits Wolf.  Again, great place to call home. O0

I'm jealous Wolf.  I have to graduate to kegging my brew.  Bottling is for the birds!
