Hello fellow chrome domes: I hope all is well with you and your families. With Easter Sunday fast approaching... what will you be doing? And what will you be head shaving with?
I'll start. I am schedule to work that day but I will be having a late dinner with my beautiful family. My Easter head shave will be with some type of safety razor (not sure which one), soap (Mystic Water Jasmine or TIKI Bar Sandalwood), Semogue or Simpson brush, and of course my ice cube rub, refrigerated WH, and refrigerated Osage Rub or Captain's Choice.
So... how 'bout you? What will you be doing on Easter Sunday? Going to work like me? Going out of town? What will you be shaving with? Looking forward to hearing your story. Also, I wanted to wish you all a very happy and safe Easter Sunday. Take care and happy shaves.

Every Sunday is the same for me, but comes with the job. People love their dairy products so no matter the holiday, the weather, or how nasty I feel, I have to milk the cows. So, I will be going to Bible study/home church in the morning, eat lunch, then head to work for the night.
For Easter celebration, we'll probably get together for a big dinner on Saturday evening.
About shaving, I generally let my hair grow about once a year for a month, just to see how it's doing and see if I am receding and how many gray hairs I have, this year I started on 3/25, might give in and go smooth before the month is up. If I do, I will be using Headslick but might use a headblade or a fusion, I like to mix it up.

Well, usually I would be going to church but this year I will have to miss it because my Motorcycle Safety course was cancelled this past weekend and rescheduled for this coming weekend.
I have promised all of my terrified friends that I will take this course before attempting to ride my "newsed" motorcycle.
I still don't like shaving my own head so I will be getting my once a week head shave and beard trim on either Friday or Saturday night.

Church services in the morning, sleeping in the afternoon, working overnight (I do get Monday and Tuesday off afterwards, however). I have to work the entire weekend, but Friday is a triple-time day (Good Friday) so at least I will get a few extra $$$ out of it. Hope all members and their families have a good one....Kind of weird that Easter falls on 4-20 this year, eh

My usual razor shave in the shower, then to church. No other plans, except to get outside and get some sun.

Traveling to New York from CT on Saturday and spending time with the extended family. Goatee, I was not good and did no abstaining this year for lent. Will probably burn for that

. But will be in church on Sunday!
I usually shave Wednesday and Sunday nights, but will probably get my shine on Saturday night special for Easter!

Played piano for Good Friday service at church. Then attended a skit type re-enactment of Holy week. Narration with pantomime.
Sunday morning, options for breakfast at 8 at one church or 9:30 at another. Will probably only attend the latter. Then play piano for church at 11.
Join with the family and friends for dinner meal at 1:30. I baked mini-loaves of bread last night for the dinner today.

For me, today’s head and face shave consisted of a Parker 92R Safety Razor with Merkur Blade, Proraso Shave Cream Soap (Sensitive Skin Formula) with a Dreadnought Avenger Boar Brush. Used my HeadBlade Sport for a ‘polishing pass’ and finished it off with a Taylor Of Old Bond Street (Shaving Shop) AfterShave.
The rest of the day will be filled with family get togethers and a lot of food

Have a wonderful Easter everyone!

Sunrise service on the bank of the San Antono river. On to church to teach a Sunday school lesson to four and five-year-olds. Later to a family gathering.
Sometime today, my roof has to be cleaned/swept of all the Live Oak leaves and pollen.

WE will also have scalloped potatoes and a green bean cassarole, my favorite. THe ham will definitely be better at home thaqn the ham we had yesterday at the brunch. Happy Easter everyone.

I used the Osage Rub from Warhawk this morning. I could feel the effects for about an hour. Nice cold/warming sensation on my hands and head! Thanks.
The 'sunrise' service at church was not until 9 a.m. so they called it a 'SonRose' service.
Dinner with friends was nice. Ham and turkey. And some muscadine grape cidar.
Visited with a buddy, his wife and three young girls. They were kite flying at an open field.
Now home, sitting on the front porch, watching some robins and cardinals enjoy the bird bath and look for Easter dinner in the leaves.
I'm enjoying taking in the mounding flowers that will be blooming shortly. Some winter iris are blooming now. and the vegetable raised bed is sprouting. My daughter bought a few flats of flowers to add to the garden. It's an early birthday gift. I'd rather plant flowers than mow grass, so much of our yard is all flowers, except in the shade spots. Those areas remain pretty natural with skimpy grass, some wild flowers that can take the shade, and the leaves from last fall.

Slept in this morning. Went to to 11:30 mass then big Italian dinner with my extended family in the Bronx. It was good to be home.
Today will be the last day I'm clean shaven for a while. Regrowing the goatee tomorrow.
