After reading this I rang up a mate in Brisbane to see if his wife would shave her head to teach their children about inner anything; ten thousand miles away I can still hear him laughing.

If one has to go to the length this befuddled woman did to teach her daughter about inner beauty then one must assume the child is a cretin or the mother is. I'm putting my money on the mother.....Actually, as long as she was about it, why not get the father to shave his head as well? I'm not sure what that would have taught but...the child would have gone through the tortures of the damned from embarrassment not to mention the publicity.

In a limited way it's a fine and noble cause to do something for another or a group in  which you believe. But this outburst of head shaving amongst women seems to be sort of a "shave off" as to which person in your circle will be the first to get peeled.
