Panasonic ES8243A Question?

I have read where several people like to use the Panasonic ES8243A to shave their head.  I won't shave my head with a razor, my head gets tore up really bad and don't like it.  Is this a great product to use and do you recommend I only shave my head with it or do most people shave their head and face with it?  I am wondering if shaving my head and face will dull the blades quicker?  How often do you guy's who have used this product replace the blades?  Do you recommend using shaving cream on my head or shave it dry?  I have this razor on order from Amazon.

Although I am primarily a blade man I have an 8243K (black) that I use between blade shaves when needed. It is a wet/dry which means you can use it in the shower or with shave cream. When I use it I shave the head and face with it. Replacement blades are sold at a place called the Panasonic Premium Store which is their website.
Good choice.
