I want to share my recent experience with
www.headdry.comI ordered the 3 month supply for 15.00 plus 7.00 shipping. I didn't realize, but this signed me up to MONTHLY membership program. After 3 months I would be AUTO billed for more product. This is not very clear on the site, unless you read the "terms and conditions" page. I figured I would just cancel the auto renewal and buy when I needed, but this should really be more clear on the site.
I received an order confirmation immediately, but no further response until I inquired about the shipping date on Wednesday 03/12, and was told it would ship that day or Thursday 03/13.
Now on Friday 03/14 after still receiving no tracking info, I inquired again via email about the order. No response, so Saturday 03/15 I send another email asking if there is some problem with the order. A few hours later I get this email from Bruce.
Mr. XXXXXXXXX,
USPS sends a notice at first update; your order is already shipped and it generally takes 3 days to 4 days to receive. I will go in the database and look up your tracking number and email it to you tonight.

BruceI received a tracking number the next day, but when checking the tracking it states "pre-shipment" "shipping label created on Sunday 3/16" As of today Tuesday 03/18 it still states this, so maybe it wasn't dropped off yet?
I really wanted to like this product. I hate leaving a bad review, but maybe this will spare someone else the frustration I've had with headdry. I plan to send the package back unopened, if and when I ever receive it.
Has anyone else had a good experience with headdry?
On a side note, the company has an interesting advertising method. It is downright insulting. You can call 623-236-2129 to hear for yourself. Maybe I'm just too sensitive IDK, but had I heard this recorded phone sales pitch before I ordered, I don't think I would placed the order.
