Inline Ads

I'm trying these new type of ads where you will see words with a double underline (===) under them.  If you roll over them they will pop up an ad.  What do you guys think of these?  Annoying?  Cool?  Don't care?

They're gone!  I figured I would try them out, but I'm not a big fan of them either.
