« on: December 13, 2013, 09:48:03 AM »
Hi guys, it's  been a while. I lead a brand new band which plays blues versions of 80s to 2010s rock and metal songs. I hope i'm not trangressing a SBG rule here, but could you "like" us on facebook. Bar and hall managers sometimes go on  facebook in making a booking. The page has been up for 3 days and we have 15 friends. The name is "Urbania band" it's in french because , well i'm french canadian. Merci

No rules broken. Good luck to you. My son is a pretty good musician and man that's a tough business to break into.

Blues versions of Metal songs?  Sounds cool!  Any chance of uploading something so we can hear what you sound like?

One of my favorite songs ever is a blues rendition that Kid Rock did of his songs So Hott.  I'm curious to hear your music.

Life has three aspects: Paradox, Humor, and Change.

Paradox: Life is a mystery; don't waste time figuring it out.
Humor: Keep a sense of humor, especially about yourself. It is a strength beyond all measure
Change: Know that nothing stays the same.
