If I remember correctly they were featured as the "club" band lurking in the background of one of the many Frankie and Annette 60's beach movies...
you know the ones with the beatnik bikers and shin-dig dancin' on the beach...they must have been "way out there" and cool to be a featured band!

There are enough musicians here to start a SLY band. Might be a little different with 3 drummers and a super percussionist. How about the Drum Heads???

i remember those movies from the early andmid 1960s. the band was cmpletely bald and on one flick, i remember a very young Stevie Wonder, singing lead(and bald also like rest of band)
