Welcome to the gang Mojopin, the other brothers have already given you excellent advice.  I will say that you already rock the buzz look so sly will be absolutely no problem for you.  Just take some time to read the various threads and you will see that there are lots of ladys who love the sly look and the confident men wearing it.

Welcome Mojo.

I don't think happiness comes from a full head of hair.... all the "hot" girls I see are usually with rich geeks who are twice their age.

Just be you, and the one or two girls who'll make you happy will adore you regardless of what's on yer head.

Mojo, welcome!  Most of us SBG's have been where you are now, so rest easy, because once you shave that dome, you won't believe the difference it will make!  Just read around on the forums and you'll see that not one person has regretted their decision to go sly!  You'll get alot more attention from the lay-days; I've gotten way more attention as a SBG than I did before going sly and the reason is that I'm way more confident about my overall looks!  I'm not worried about my hair (or lack thereof) anymore and it shows to the females man!  Go ahead and take the plunge, and as my bros have already stated, you'll definitely rock the sly look anyway!  Keep us posted!

Welcome MoJo.  I would definitely defer to the other guys on here and what they say because they have more experience than me - I am on day 39 of the sly look.  Trust me - 2 months ago I was where you are.  Worrying about what other people think.  Someone on this board, and I apologize because I can't remember whom, gave me some great advice.  They said - You are much more critical of how you look without hair than everyone else.  Once I realized that, my acceptance of being sly sky-rocketed - or would that be sly-rocketed  O0  Then your confidence will be incredible.

Anyway, the best help you can get is reading previous threads.  One of the many great things about this site is you can come on here, talk about things and get support - and I guarantee you no matter what situation arises someone on here has been there and done that and is willing to help you.

Go for it - you've definitely got our support.

Right on Steve!  By the way, you're rockin' the sly look in the new avatar.

Welcome Mojopin to SBG.

Pretend for a moment that you had some full head of awesome hair.  :px If you were to get a girl only to find out later that all she liked was your hair, how would that make you feel?  Do you really want to be with somebody who only likes you for the way you look?  I can't imagine that a relationship like that would last that long.

So, keep your head up and take it sly.  There are tons of women out there that really dig the look and to them your bald head would probably just be the cherry on top if you know what I mean.   In reality,  they want a strong, confident man and like most of the guys/gals on here, once we did go sly our confidence soared!  O0

I agree 100% what Beerbarron said...girls like a nice face, period. Now it just shows more...plus they are totally attracted to confidence and stength...

try to fake it until you believe it...and trust me you will!

Hang in there bro...you'll find some cool girls that dig bald dudes...they ARE out there and they are the ones you want to meet...they're funkier and much more interesting and open anyways! O0

Thanks O Great Fearless Leader.  Just trying to keep up with the rest of the fellas.   O0

You sound just like me about a month ago...check out some of my other posts....anyway, with the help of the great guys on here, I went ahead and shaved it all off...and I feel greater than ever.  I thought I was gonna look funny and stuff.

I first shaved it down with the clippers without a guard...to be honest I was kinda wishy washy, I guess I didn't like how much the receding hairline showed.  Well anyway, went ahead and shaved it with the razor and loved it much more.  Now I'm just (carefully and patiently) getting sun up there.

Nobody's mentioned it but there is like a 30 day rule.  Keep it 30 days, honestly I've had my ups and downs with the new do (but not as much since I shaved it off completely).  But I am by the day getting stronger and way more confident, and I see some major light beeming over th horizon.

On a side note, I went this weekend to a club Space in Miami, and one of my more memorable moments was having two hot ass chicks grinding one on each of my legs....and I was bald as hell! ahahahha.

Most people, if they do comment tell me it looks good.  Also check out the post "Do girls find bald guys ugly?" on here, that'll give ya a big ass boost

Thanks for the support again tho.

Mojo,

Sorry I'm late to respond (back from vacation).  It looks like the guys have done a good job of 'pumping you up' already.  You have great strong features to pull off the sly look, and I congratulate you on the close-cropped buzz.  It really looks good as it is.  There's no use trying to hide a balding head; it's not possible although many have tried.  If it's any consolation, I would have a lot more self confidence if I looked like you instead of looking at my ugly mug.  Anyway, I agree with the others; go ahead and take the blade to your head, and hold you shiny dome out for the world to see.  You WILL find a huge boost in self confidence once you do.  By the way, I agree that any woman who values you on whether you have hair or not is not worth the time of day.
How is that Hopey / Changey thing working for you?
