Standard Time

I'm looking forward to Standard Time this weekend.

With local sunrise not until 7:50 or so this morning, it's hard to get up and get going in the morning.  The good thing is that this is the 'latest' sunrise of the year.  Sunday we move back to standard time and the sunrise will not get this late again before the days get longer.

Just remembering the days in Alaska where sunrise was about 10:15 a.m, although the sky started getting light about 8:15 a.m.

Feeling sluggish with the shorter days of winter.  Looking forward to February!

Our clocks changed last weekend , but i refuse to change and my watch and clock stays at British summer time . It does not worry me that in December sunrise is 0900, sunset is 1650 . But your right February is the glimmers of the end of winter

End of March till I feel better.

The only thing that sucks about the end of DST is that I have to work 13 hours instead of 12 overnight Saturday...(I have to work overnight the next three nights)
