Is there any way to change the number of posts per page in threads? I assumed it would be in the Look and Layout Preferences section but I didn't see it. I like the maximum number of posts per page since I'm a fast reader and I hate clicking next page.

This is a global setting that I have to make.  If several of you want me to show more posts on a page, I can alter the setting.  Just know that it could change the speed at which the page opens.
