For ChicoD...a "sly" tv vato.....

Here's a dude that is way SLY...if you've ever caught Veronica Mars, it feature Francis Capra (the kid from Free WillY!) as BowWeevil (?) a kind of "good guy" gang member..

the dude ROCKED the bald BBC  sly look, very clean shaved dome...

until he started to tat himself up too much...

Too bad the show ended, very kooky and different....

My wife watches that show, I've seen him on there a couple of times. Seems like an OK guy.
