For ONLY those with MPB...
1. What age were you when it began?
2. How did/or do you deal with seeing guys with "perfect" hair? (they usually have a hot chick with them.....

1. 20.
2. I didn't/don't.
Why do you think people with perfect hair need to be "dealt with"? How do you deal with people who are smarter than you, taller than you, richer than you, better looking or more successful than you, etc., etc.? Life is not a competition. Deal with your own issues and don't worry about other people.

1. 17
2. The same way I "deal" with seeing Sly guys with perfect heads. I smile and give thanks for what I have. Then I don't dwell on it. Life is too short.

1. 26
2. I just treated it (MPB and "perfect headed guys") as part of life....I've been married and in numerous relationships with various amounts of hair and had no problem getting women....because I stayed true to myself and respected women. The same can go for you too if you want it to.

1) Middle 20s.
2) If I kinda got to know the "hot chicks" that the guys I knew with "perfect" hair were with I usually found out that they were both pretty much self-absorbed and superficial. No time to waste with that.

A bit of an excursus: Is it the perfect hair you wish you had or the "hot chick?"
1. 30
2. I probably do nothing and get on with my day. If the opportunity presents, I would say, "hello."

1- mid twenties
2- I would be lying if I said I wasn't jealous in the past- of other guys for having better hair, but I was also jealous if they had a better car, made more money, were smarter... or whatever. I let go of jealousy because nothing good comes out of it.
I have to say that being bald is one thing that going Sly has made me love about myself. There is not a negative comment that could hurt me about my bald head.
Note to NeedAdvice2013 and others who are on the fence:
Sometimes on this forum we get a little preachy and cocky about telling others to shave or buzz their heads. You will have to forgive us, but the reason this occurs is because many of us are experiencing freedom. Shaving your head for the first time is a bold move, no matter how much hair you have left on your head when you first do it. Once you do it, you are putting yourself out there... and you will be surprised how awesome that feels!

1: 17 or 18
2: I've been happily married to a wonderful woman since I was in my early 20s, so hair / girl envy has never been an issue.

This is your third post? from reading your first it sounds like you have insecurity issues, the fact you dont want to have genes so to not pass on the genetics - whether that was a flippant comment or not - is quite a stong statement.
Not sure why you're asking this as a survey. Other guys experience on the 2nd one isn;t going to help you as you're your own person.
Guys lose their hair at different times, there is no prize for losing it early or keeping it longer when MPB hits you, it hits you.
The chick thing, there will always be better looking, better hung, better bodied guys out there. There will also be uglier guys that are more successful. It's a standing joke with me and my friends that I have had sex with more women than they have and I'm gay. For me, I was validating I was straight. However now it's funny and my mates find it hysterical they were beaten by a gay on holiday etc. I don't think it had anything to do with hair!
Accept the good things, deal with the bad things. You get one shot.

1. I was 17.
2. If I see a guy with "perfect hair" I might notice, think something like, "well, that's some perfect hair," and move on. That's never gonna be me, but really, I'm good the way I am. Good for me and good for him! As far as the hot girl on his arm, I wouldn't connect it to his hair. Having confidence and being a good guy will help you get the girl. Besides, who wants a girl if she's in it for the hair- or the car or the wallet ...
