I waited very patiently to have a little girl so I could bestow upon her the perfect name and comb her long, lush hair into the cutest pigtails. Seven long years and four boys later ... of her head. I?ll never forget the time my mother shaved my little ...

If itsa cultural religious reason I understand but beyond that dont fully understand the rationale
