It's Saturday morning, and like I do every Saturday, I called my kids to bring down their dirty clothes and start laundry duty. My adolescent son came first with his. He was wearing his green briefs he had slept in. As his older sister passed him, she turned to me and stated that she thought he had worn those same briefs every day this week.
I gave her a blank look and asked, "Your point?"
Her expression changed as the realization of my underlying statement came to her. Then she shouted out, "Ewwwww! Boys are so GROSS!" as she stomped off to the laundry room.
My wife told her to get used to it. I love her.

Yes I was also wondering if green was their original color.

It's funny, my wife has no problem sharing MY towel, MY toothbrush, MY clothes, or MY SON'S towel, but she will lose her shite if there are less than 5 pairs of my son's underwear in the wash.

When I used to work retail, I didn't have any issues wearing jeans 2 days in a row. Underwear get changed every couple days. These days with my field of work, I change twice a day. I have my home clothes, then change to work clothes, then get home and wear shorts.
Most every guy I know does the sniff test on shirts. Most of the time they look clean after just wearing them once so they get reworn. Hey, we're protecting the environment by not wasting resources!

I wear the same boxers to sleep at least 3 nights in a row before changing to fresh ones. Jeans are worn a full week before surrendering them to the laundry. Its a guy thing.

Thirteen. And I had to tell him to change and bring that pair back down so it could be washed.

haha - I iron dress shirts for interviews-meetings. Now when it comes to jeans, well, I like buying really rigid unwashed denims and to properly break them in, wear them a month or two before washing. Well ... simple way to keep them fresh smelling is put into freezer (to kill germs) and then spray febreze. Think of our environment guys. We can rough it a bit.
