Back after a while...

Hello there

Just dropping in to say Hi and to see how the site is going.

Since my work blocked me from using Slybaldguys.com (they are clever, I’m sure there is some program within their systems which eventually blocks you if you visit a particular site too much) I have hardly visited here for almost a year.

The second reason for my protracted absence is I had no internet at home.  Reason?  Not really relevant.  There are a few reasons, save to say, I now have the amazing net at my fingertips again and I am back.

I let my hair grow again early this year.  I always knew from the start that I could be flexible as a relatively Bald By Choice -- Sly guy.  I wanted a change, to feel hair again, to see if it may make me look a tad more handsome -- perhaps. I got tired of the 5’O clock shadow. But it did not work.  After about three months I got so sick of my thin hair, having to put gel in it to get a semblance of style, and the receding hairline -- Mohawk look.  I missed being Sly so much that 4 months ago I reached for the little yellow car and gave it a good spin on my sump.

 Growing it back sealed it for me.  Now I am fully into the Sly look again!

So, how many new Sly converts are there now? I see the site has changed somewhat. Looks rather nice!

Welcome back Waine, good to see you here again. One thing I've found is once you go smooth shaved; you grow it back now and again, but eventually you will come back to shaving. There really is nothing like it, and the pull to be smooth shaven once more is very strong.
Sounds like you'll be keeping it shaved from here on.

I had done what you did, though I stopped for more monetary reasons than otherwise. Just a matter of month ago I went back to sly and have been that way since!

Enjoy your time back with the bretheren by having a nice hot water and lather shave tonight and sit back and enjoy the smooth!!
