First day bald!

Hello everyone I'm Jeff. I finally decided to shave my head and so far I'm loving it. I'm currently 26 years old and my hair started to thin around 21. The last year or so I noticed my hairline started to recede and I decided rather than worry about my hair loss I would get rid of it entirely.

Sounds like a good choice, Jeff.

Please make yourself at home. Post a lot. share your experience and encourage other's to shave their heads.  It's a great choice.

Congrats on the decision!  I am 60 years old & have shaved my head since '94.  I love the feel & the ease of maintenance is great.  At the start, you tend to question yourself.  Stick with it and it will pay off.

The only regrets I've ever had, are the times I've let it grow out again.  I just feel naturally better without the MPB staring back at me.

Great group here. I have found lots of support. Like Timmer, I regret letting it grow back in. I am now on day #23 of my 30 days, I love it.
