I have noticed that I look different in certain mirrors and in photographs.
In fact there are some mirrors where I will think I look okay as a bald guy and other mirrors make me want to stay in my room for the rest of my life !
And photos, well I seen some photos of myself at a gig in december and I thought to myself I wonder if people see me as I look in the photo or as I see myself in the mirror?
This bugs the hell out of me
Can anybody make sense of this or am I babbling nonsense ?
Im basically asking which is my true reflection
I don't think it has anything to do with being bald. I think everyone notices that regardless. It is all about the angle that you view yourself from, whether in a picture or in a mirror.

Yeah also very true, but you notice it more when your bald Id reckon, or that is my opinion on it.
Also Im trying to get a pic up and cant seem to do it on my profile, could you shed some light on that?
Cheers
Dude... your true reflection... the one that really matters..... is the one that is reflected to others by the way you live your life.

Well said Mike, and I heartily agree!
I go through this too.
Sometimes the way one person looks at you, bald or not, belies their discomfort or unease, although the bald dude is the same as the non-bald dude - just with a shinier scalp! (Hey, some people don't like bright lights and some people like shiny objects

).
Then you run into someone who likes it (you) and/or doesn't care about the bald/non-bald.
Mike is right, the way you live is more important by miles than how people perceive you. You could dress up in a tux and have a fancy umbrella and they will still say "oh, don't like the shaved head." It is what it is.
