Shower mirror?

I'm only one week into slyness, and wanted to ask a question to some of veterans. If you shave while in the shower...do you or did you use a shower mirror, or did you shave by feel?

Call it lack of hand eye coordination on my part however find it's easier to use feel method in the shower and touch up at the sink afterwards. Actually, the best method I've used for years of on and off slyness is to shave in a full tub. When I was stationed in Italy in the 90's, I didn't have a stand up shower in my apartment so started shaving in the tub and find it to be much more effective than any other method. As you're bathing as usual, submerge your head under water for a minute so, raise up, throw the shaving cream on (I use the Headslick and find it works well) let it set for a minute or so and then begin shaving. It seems that the steam from the tub and the overall submersion of the head keeps the scalp moist for the duration of the shave and I always get flawless/smoothest results using these methods. Just an alternative...

If I'm having to use my old reliable razors, yes, I shave in the shower with a cheap shower mirror and it works great, takes maybe 5 minutes since I'm used to it! If I've got the time to use my DE razor, I just shave at the sink and it works pretty good. Takes about 20 minutes though.

If I don't have the time, I shave in the shower by feel. I seem to be more careful when I shave in the shower rather than with a mirror. I guess a mirror in the shower would help me, due to having a couple moles on my head.

I do use a shower mirror, but a lot if it is by feel. It helps me keep the transition from beard to shaved head lined-up, and sometimes I forget where my ears are if i don't look in the mirror.

I shaved my face for years in the shower by feel. When I started doing my head I realized that the extra time spent was costing me a lot of money due to hot water usage. I now fill the sink, shave, and then have a quick shower.

I may shave in the shower once every blue moon....I find that most of my better shaves come from the sink when I have some downtime and can concentrate on achieving the shave/look that I want.

I'm generally a shower shaver and use a cheap mirror. When I have time I sink shave. It's just so much better and relaxing.

I use a mirror but recently went away for a few days and shaved by feel during that time. The only sketchy part was the ear area,I just prefer to see that I guess. If given an option I would stick with mirror as it gives me a little extra piece of mind see where the razor is going and as mentioned before helps line up the beard area

I shave in the shower, the tub, in front of the mirror, out back... Where ever. Unless I am in front of a mirror/counter... I do it all by feel.

I shave in the shower, with a mirror and by feel. I use a Headblade Shark and clean up any rough spots with my Schick Hydro 3. Currently using Nivea Shave Gel for Sensitive Skin because I was getting a LOT of irritation with the Headslick. If I'm in a hurry, I just don't shave at all. I'm letting my beard grow out for the fall/winter and every time I've ever tried to shave in a hurry, I've either knicked myself or burned myself so bad that it just winds up taking longer to get the dome to stop bleeding. Missing one day isn't going to make that much difference.
