I have been daft today and have been sitting in the sun without cream or a hat. It's quite red. Should I be concerned or just remember for next time. I'm quite fair skinned too. Got me thinking....

Aloe Vera. 

Out of a bottle or straight from the plant.

For me, it is the best thing for sunburns.

yep...aloe vera....I use the after sun av...lovely and cooling
