• For those of you that are battling with obesity and/or diabetes, this is a very interesting presentation by Dr. Peter Attia at TedMed 2013.  You can easily see that Dr. Attia is also a head shaver    But that's not the reason I chose this video.  He has some interesting insight that was spurred by him becoming insulin resistant, despite being in good shape and eating correctly.
