depression/gladness?

• Hello, everybody!
  English is not my native language (I use google translate)
  
  My problem is old as the hills (balding, hairline as Jude Law), but:
  
  I have egghead
  I have big ears
  I have ugly (maybe?) high cheekbones

  Now I have short hair and when the hair is wet (smoothed to the head), the shape of the head is such (I have no new 2013th photos):
  
  I understand that I can try to shave (30 days). But what if I do not like it? How to learn to accept the "ugliness"?
  
  In ALL other forums recommend the use of Propecia, Minoxidil and Finasteride (I do not want to risk the health! I want to have a healthy family, healthy future wife and healthy children!)
  
  
  What do I do?
  
  I noticed that very wise and very pretty sly (nice head shapes) people are working on this forum!
  
  But I'm some kind of misunderstanding sh*t!  (sorry)

• Hey bud, I don't see an egg head or big ears.  Photoshop doesn't tell the real story of what you'll look like with a shaved head.  The only way to know is to shave it completely.  My suggestion is to do what most of the guys here do - shave for 30 days straight to see how you like it.

• I think you will look good Sly. Try the look and if not for you, let it grow back. Never too young or too old to be sly.

• Like Tyler, not seeing it. You're just being your own worst critic. It's common.
  
  And high cheekbones are usually considered a desirable trait. Not something to obsess over.
  
  Just do it.
  
  If, after 30 days, you decide it's not for you, it just grows back!

  I think you are VERY wise to stay away from Propecia.  With all the risks and side effects - and lack of results - I have read about that drug, I cannot fathom any healthy male taking it.
  
  I also do not see the problems you listed regarding your head.  You look fine.
  
  The gentlemen before said it very well.  The ONLY way you ever will know how you look Sly will be to try it.  It is only hair.  It can grow back if you decide (AFTER the thirty days) that you do not like it.  Finding the courage to start is the hardest part.  Once you start that first shave, the anxiety goes away.
  
  If you are like most of the people here, you will find that the look and the feel of going Sly are great.

  Thanks for joining !  Your photoshop sly pic gives you an idea but only going totally smooth with razor for 30 days will tell you how much you enjoy bald. 
  
  Go ahead and shave it and don't worry.  It is your hair and head and nobody should tell you what you can't do.
  
  Wise decision to keep away from those drugs that supposedly grow hair.  The mice and rats these hair wonder drugs were tested on are no longer living.  Enjoy You Life !

• a lot of9f guys have similar thoughts before trying it....not known of anyone who regretted it...one of the best decisions I've made was to shave off the hook horseshoe. ..love being sly

• You are being too hard on yourself.  There is absolutely nothing wrong with your ears, head, or cheekbones.  I vote that you go for it and try it for 30 days.  If you don't like it, it will grow back.  Take care and please try not to be depressed.  You are among friends here.

• Hi. First of all, you are a handsome man. Do not ever think that you are ugly. I am with the other brothers that say you will never know what it feels to be bald unless you try. And chances are, you will look great without hair.

• Maybe I am weird, but I think the photoshopped image of you shaved looks great!    I wish I looked half that good.  But it is true what the others say, you will not know your true head shape until you actually remove the hair.  I also would suggest cutting it very short first, maybe 2 to 3 mm.  This will allow you to see your head shape, but there will still be the color and texture of hair, so it will not be a drastic change.  If you like it at that length, then you can go shorter until you finally are shaven.

  try it. the bald head on your photo you can not feel. in reality it depends on how you wear the bald look. most guys  freshly shaved bald feel freedom. after about 2-3 weeks you get used to it and you want no more hair back. I think you'll look good with a bald head. Shave the first time to 3mm. when you get used to it to zero. The easiest way is the first step if you go to a good barber. tell him he should make everything smooth. You'll love it.
