Rooting an Android phone
« on: June 18, 2013, 05:27:46 PM »
Have any of you ever rooted your phone? I finally figured out how to do it to mine and got some internal space gains from it. However, it's still not close to what I've read other getting when they rooted their phone.

So, no I am looking it installing a custom ROM that has all of the bloat stripped out of it. However, the directions I've found online might as well be written in Greek. I've tech savvy but they make no sense to me.

Sooo, to make a long story short, if any one has done this before I'd appreciate some help.

Thanks!!

Life has three aspects: Paradox, Humor, and Change.

Paradox: Life is a mystery; don't waste time figuring it out.
Humor: Keep a sense of humor, especially about yourself. It is a strength beyond all measure
Change: Know that nothing stays the same.

I don't personally root my phones but everyone I know that does uses the following site. It has custom rom's and other developer advice and help. Simply search custom rom and your phone model

XDA is where I learned to root my phone.
People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.
