Need a hair clipper to buzz hair down low...?

But not as low as the Andis T-Outliner or Outliner 2.  What would you suggest?  The Wahl 5 Star looks nice but you can't adjust them really.

One time I was giving myself a shape-up with the Outliner and pushed back my hairline and it never grew back and my hairline was always messed up after that.  Ridiculous if you ask me but whatever.  So what would you recommend?  The outliner is too sharp and too close for my liking.

I have a Wahl Chrome but I'm not going to buzz my head with that.  I just cut it low.

I would suggest a Wahl Balder.

I have the Andis BGRC with different blades that I use as the mood strikes me.. I have been recently alternating between #000, #00000 & #000000 (outliner).  I sometimes use the #1 in the colder weather.

I always wanted the BGRC but it's out of my price range right now.  I bought an Oster 76 a while back and regretted spending the $100+ on it.  I wasn't buzzing down to a 0 with it though.  I ended up selling it.  Not sure I'm ready to invest that much into a clipper again.  Might be worth it.  I would need to buy the blade guards then too though.  That has been on the top of my list for what I'd really want though.

Just wondering - anyone know of any of these clippers that can double as a dog groomer?  I wonder if I can get a buzzer that I can go through different combs and use one for my head and another one for my dog? Or would I be better buying them separate?  Thanks

I couldn't edit my post.  However, I'd prefer a clipper that allows me to trim body hair down real low.  I do have a "Mangroomer" so it's not that important if it doesn't but it would be nice to get more bang for my buck with the purchase.  Thinking I might save for the BGRC, we'll see.
