Many years ago I had a mirror that attached to the showerhead for shaving. It was made so that the water flowing to the showerhead was re-routed around the mirror before it was sprayed from the showerhead. This principle kept the mirror from fogging. I think it was from Sharper Image.
I checked Sharper Image and they have one now but it is like $100. I was wondering if anyone here had used that model or has a similar mirror to allow you to shave in the shower without the mirror fogging.
If you have another model, where did you get it.
I got mine from Target for $12. It has 4 suction-cups, & is fog-free. I've had it for 3 months now and it works great.
I've never heard of such a mirror, but as I've said on other threads, my trick is to spit on the mirror (yes, gross), and smear it around. Then when I'm ready to shave, I just rinse the mirror off. It stays fog free for the whole shave, and I only invested probably 10 bucks or so from Wal-Mart. This trick also works for goggles or diving masks. I can't explain why, but it does.
That's an old scuba diver's trick. Don't have the faintest idea why that works.
I have one that cost $15 from Bed Bath and Beyond. It also works great.
I just have a cheap one from Wal-Mart that I just run under the shower head when it fogs up. I tried some fog less ones from Bed, Bath, and Beyond but the suction cups wouldn't work for me. The mirrors kept falling off the wall.
I have one from Ikea.
When it fogs, I rinse it with the showerhead.
No problems
