Hey guys, recently my area of town has had some power outages, and a couple days ago it happened several times in a row. I have a 19' Phillips LCD Moniter, and now the moniters power keeps turning on and off, fairly quickly, I know my computer itself is ok, because as I type this, I am using an old IBM 15" moniter (and it realy sucks). Anyway my question is, Do anyone of you know if I could get it fixed without sending it in the the manufacturer? I know there are alot of I T guys here, and was curious if they (you) have had this happen to yourself or someone you know? Thanks.
sounds like it got zapped...best bet is to send it back to the manf. IF they will accept it...i wouldnt mention anything about it getting zapped either.
Yea I'm with Kajun on that one if it's still under warranty.. call them up ...
if it's not under warranty perhaps get a quotation for repair.. if it's to high I would get another one.. you can get them realy cheap now..
look up tigerdirect.ca.. also the us one .com..
