Went sly yesterday
« on: May 07, 2013, 09:01:49 AM »
I'm gonna be taking the do it yourself shave to continue it, but should I wait a little bit for my head to catch up? Or can I start tonight? Also, I have an M5 Magnum razor that did wonders on my face.. Is that and regular face shave gel okay for the sacred domepiece? I'm new at this still ! Gimmie a break

You can give it a try if you want to tonight.....but if you're nervous, try shaving with the grain first (crown to forehead on the top and downward on the sides and back) Good luck! Then once you get the hang of it, you can try against the grain (the opposite direction).

I use the M5 for head and face shaving works fine.  Became familiar with that here - much cheaper than the similar  Gillette products.

You should be fine with that!

Give your scalp a week or 2 to adjust to shaving before you start making against the grain passes.
