My wife and I recently started to watch Dexter. Started with season 1 and almost done season 6.
Such an awesome show.

I've just discovered Hotel Hell on hulu. They've only made 6 episodes as far as I can tell, but they've all made me laugh. If it takes a special kind of someone to up and start a restaurant with no experience, it takes an EXTRA special someone to up and start a hotel. These people are nuts.

Breaking Bad (Best current show on TV, unreal character development and plot)
The Walking Dead (I'm always game for a good zombie show. The first two seasons were incredible. Lately though... meh.)
Dexter (My favorite show on TV for a long time. It's jumped the shark though and needs to end, which makes me sad. Glad the last season is airing in the fall.)
The Wire (Finished watching the series on HBO Go last month. This is
the best show ever made. Seriously. Watch it now.)
The Sopranos (Also recently finished watching all of them. Much headier and more surreal than I would have thought. Great show.)
True Blood (Campy as hell, but I enjoy it lol)
Sons of Anarchy (Dialogue can be kind of ridiculous, but I'm hooked on the story.)
Parks and Recreation (Ron Swanson. Nuff said.)
And come on guys, not one of you wrote
Arrested Development?
For shame! If you have Netflix or something else that airs it, do yourself a favor and watch it. Comedic genius.

Seems like Breaking Bad is practically the official show of SBG
There seem to be an unusually high number of bald characters on the show, too.
The Oatmeal did a great comic about that:
