Bald tires may be to blame for W. Pa. double fatal

PITTSBURGH (AP) ? Police say bald tires on a wet roadway may be to blame for a double ... Police say two other people have been hospitalized in the head-on collision. Authorities have yet to release names of the victims.

This is one case where bald is NOT sly!   :/O

PS....I am NOT making fun of the accident.  Just encouraging folks to get their tires checked!
