Been thinking about shaving my head again . I did it once a couple of years ago and ended up not shaving it again . I have short , really thick hair that no style looks good , unless it is a buzz cut. Do guys with full hair shave there head and would it look good on me? I am sick of having to go get my hair thinned out and it growing back again thick in a week.
Any information or advice would be appreciated

Welcome! If the urge to shave your head is nagging at you, follow through and see what it's like! If you don't like it you can always grow it back!

Welcome mate!
If you want to shave it off than go for it!
Shaving every few days should keep the length you desire, IMO it's easier than buzzing your own head.
Maybe an electric would suit you?

Hi Greg.
Welcome to the best & most supportive site on the net.
Before I started opting for short hair I used to have quite thick hair. But once I started to get my hair buzzed I would always opt for the #1 or #0 buzz & just kept it that way. Then I got my head shaved one day & I haven't looked back. My advice: Get your head shaved & keep it shaved nice & smooth every day.
All the best.

Those of us with a full head of hair, but choose to shave it bald, will go through razor blades faster than the guys who are really bald.
And don't let the stubble grow more than 1 day or it's harder to shave again. At first, it took me about 30-40 minutes to shave my head, but within a few weeks I was down to about 5 minutes with a headblade sport. The shaved head is a fine thing. Really enjoy it. Seems to put a smile on my face, just thinking about the shine.

Hi Greg, welcome aboard, you have tried it once, the second time around will be better. Treat head shaving as an enjoyable experience. Post a pic when you can.

thanks guys . I am going to try tonight or tomarrow to shave my head again . I going to keep trying . I been getting a lot of nice hair ect from family over the easter holiday. I think that I look kind of mean and scary with the shaved head , but that means that i have to just put a smile on my face more often
this is the shot of me with shaved head doing it for the first try . I will post after my second try and see if there was any improvement

thinking too I might try a good self tanner i have on my head and body and maybe it would improve the difference between the shaved part and the rest of my head.

Welcome to the club, Greg. I had a full head of hair until I shaved it all off last June. I like being bald better. It's easier to maintain than hair, it's more comfortable than hair and, IMHO, it looks better. I've gotten to where I can shave both wtg and atg on about 8 to 10 minutes.

Give shaving a try....and try the 30day rule. Shaving it just once you won't appreciate the full effect of being shaved since ur head is like sandpaper the next day. I don't miss my hair. I started out as bbc 6 yrs ago with a couple years gap of having hair during that time. Now I shave just about everyday. I may skip a day or two but Mother Nature is taking over.

I am sick of having to go get my hair thinned out and it growing back again thick in a week.
Then shave your head smooth. You'll be pleasantly surprised. As others have said here, try the 30 day trial.
