That's really good to hear, and the locals should be quite excited about it.
Here on the west coast we sort of take them for granted, but still they are a majestic bird.

We have a few bald eagles up in Nor Cal where I grew up.  You can often see them fly around the lake during the summer.
People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.
