Just placed an order with Mac at Headblade
« on: June 07, 2007, 11:28:49 AM »
What a tremendously nice guy. I know he's a busy guy, but he chatted with me for a good 30 minutes while I placed my Candian order (e-comm still offline to Canucks)

Just an abolutely nice group to deal with.

Can't wait for my order in the mail!

I really am going to have to invest in one of these, to see what all the fuss is about.
I knew I was going bald when it was taking longer and longer to wash my face

OK, maybe I'm just clueless, but who is 'Mac?'  Is it a nickname for Todd, or one of his main employees?  I'm lucky enough to find my HB products at Wal-Mart.

You also get a bunch of stickers and cream samples with your orders.  With the promotional code, I also got a free hat.  Cool company.

well, well.

here we are a month later and I do not have my order.

I have contacted Headblade to find out where it is and they won't respond to me.

So much the the little company that cares.

Maybe Headblade should kiss my arse and I will go back to Gilette. At least their crap is available at the store.

Hey Mac, don't respond. Just refund my money.

you look a lot like Jim Carrey.

I keep thinking that too, but never mentioned it.  Your girlfriend is right.

that I could live with.

But they are not responding to my requests for information. That is the infuriating part. And here I thought they were really nice.

Send Mac one last e-mail; outline everything.  Also make certain it is a fresh e-mail - a spam filter may be grabbing it

I had a problem with my recent order (they left out my free beenie!!) and I called several times and never got a callback (when you call you simply get an answering machine).  I then sent an e-mail to info@headblade.com and got a reponse from Johnny Locke.  I waited about a week and received the beenie as promised.  Try contacting him:
