I use IE9 because it came with the laptop but would like to try something new.

I've tried other browsers, but always go back to IE (currently I'm on Version 9) because I do a lot of online shopping and IE handles e-commerces sites best for me.

IE9 has gotten better than it predecessors by a long shot, but it's still the weakest link when it comes to browsers.
For Windows, I'd recommend Chrome as an alternative.
Any site that requires IE does not get my business.

Chrome all the way. It's the most lightweight and fastest browser by far.

I prefer Chrome. I have extensions installed that allow me to sync it with my home computer so my book marks are always available.

Internet Explorer 9 and 10 Release Preview (we're talking more than 1 machine).
I also use Mozilla and Chrome too (but less than IE).
"jQuery 2.0 now has more patches and shims for Chrome, Safari, and Firefox than for Internet Explorer!" (from
here)
IE is no longer the ugly duck.
Unfortunately Mozilla is slipping into the dark side IMO.

Love Chrome, has since it first came out.
Never a big fan of Firefox or Safari and never tried Opera.
IE is my backup if I can't use Chrome for some reason but it reminds me of being in highschool -- and I'm 30

OK, but isn't that a direct consequence of jQuery 2.0's dropping support for IE 6/7/8?

I have been using Firefox for some time now and like it. I have had no problems with it.

I like Firefox because it has the fastest speed and lets me upload pictures faster.

+1 I've been pleased with Chrome since the day I installed it.

I swore by FireFox for years but lately it became slower and slower. I switched to Chrome and I have not regretted it.

I use Chrome, just seems easier for me to use. I will use IE if chrome is acting up (like the other day when it wouldn't let me check my email). At work, we use firefox, just not my style
