What happens to boiling water at -20*

The USDA/NRCS office in Scobey, MT had some fun with the frigid temps this mornings. Have you ever thrown boiling hot water into the air at -20F? It brings out the kid in all of us!

We used to do that in alaska at -50!

It is cool. You should hear the sound it makes.
