Continue on a simple program !

Have lost a bunch of weigh 32 lbs. to be close.  Slowed up on drinking alcohol , once a week 6-pk if that.   Used to drink a case a day if not more.  Nothing to be proud of !  Eat only good things and as much as I want , only very little of it !  Drink alot of water, LOL with out the scotch, burbon, etc..   Funny, life is a heck of alot better also.   ;)  Figured up one day if I could have had 5 cents for every drink I have had over the years I could pass Donald Trump in $$$$$ ! 

I sure would not wear the birds nest on top of my noggen that he does !    :*))  I would be SLY and darn proud of it .

Also been taking walks, working out with  weights (light) and alot of reps. !  Heck I have said enough !  It is all good !  And it is fun.

Keep up the good work mate, just remember the past and it will keep you moving forwards!

A lot of people try and make things too complex, simple is what works, it's what got me where I am today.  O0
