I don't know if this holds up scientifically or really has anything to do with my diet, but here's what I'm seeing...
For the last couple of weeks I have been eating a low fat, high protien, high fiber diet. This is because I need to get in better shape and lose weight. Since switching to this new way of eating I've noticed that the stubble on my head and face is significantly longer after just one day than it used to be. I have lost a bit of fat on my face and head.
I'm wondering if this is because of the extra protien in the diet or if it's because I'm getting a bit skinnier in the face and head (it's always the place that gets skinnier first).
Has anyone else had an experience with this?
