(TELEGRAPH) — If you want a friendly cat, get a bald one – researchers have ranked cat breeds from the most affectionate to the least, with the hairless sphynx coming out on top. But the common moggy is the most unfriendly.
By reputation, they are aloof and solitary creatures, which only display affection grudgingly and judiciously.
But this popular perception of cats turns out to be unfair: while many are surly, this is down to their breed — and others are far more genial.
A study has ranked breeds of cats according to their friendliness, from the most affectionate to the least.
I wonder if this applies to bald guys ... being the friendliest guys around? At least on SBG this seems to be the case.
These cats sure do bring a price when people by them. They also have quite a history. Interesting article.
I would not say that all guys with shaved heads are friendly.
"Affectionate"...yeah, more like constant chatter!

I tend to prefer cats that don't give a sh*t, or a dog!
Are those Sphinx cats the ones that look like uncooked chickens? "shudders" Some things really SHOULD have hair/fur!
When they were younger my three daughters wanted a cat for Christmas. I really don't like cats. So I bought them each a stuffed pussycat for Christmas. This kind of cat doesn't rub up against me and then ignore me.
We still don't have live cats at home.
Hahaha
My Ex's mother had one.
It used to leave this black oily residue all over stuff...
Now this woman was pretty clean and kept her home pretty neat and tidy
So I'm not sure how that worked out.
Have to say it did look pretty damn strange.

So they don't have hair, but they are a walking can of WD-40
