Not all cases of alopecia are permanent. Most times hair grows back, although it can take a certain time. Main cause for alopecia is stress. Once the issues are over, hair tends to grow back, unless it'a a high-degree level of alopecia.See the hair falling causes still more stress. So if you shave your head bald it's less a worry.I had alopecia several years ago but I didn't had the nerve to shave my head then. It was a small lesion (exact size of a coin in the center of my head) so just combing my hair over over the hole in the middle of my head left that condition almost imperceptible. Alopecia was caused by family and work issues and I was very stressed.I had dealed with the idea of shaving my head competely several times, even before that alopecia situation, but then I was thinking to do it willingly. When my hair started to fall out out of my control I panicked. Eventually the stress was over and the situation reverted and my hair grew back again (in my head and in my beard). Some years passed, alopecia never came back, but I still dealed with the idea of shaving my head willingly, and the shaved look was very popular by then, so I'd started to cut my hair shorter and shorter just for fun and finalyy I went sly. I was afraid what I would look bald, what people would think etc as many of people here, so I did it in stages. When I finally got the nerve to shaved it completely with a straight razor I thinked: "hery it's cool. why didn't I do that before?" and started do shave my head regulary, loved to be like that, almost nobody cared so I became a happy bald guy, letting it grow back sometimes and reshaving it again myself or at barbers just for pleasure. And I regreted not having done that when I was younger. Maybe I would have not suffered so much with the temporary alopecia situation.Maybe your hair will grow back in a while, but, since sly is addictive, the odds you keep the sly look are great! It's cool and refreshing to be bald... everyone who's till on the fence should try it.
