Whats up all! Imagine my good fortune at finding this site today... never seen such a collection of badasses in one place on the internet.
Today actually marks the 11-month anniversary of my first razor shave! I took the plunge as a joke at first, did it for graduation from the Air Force's cyberspace training course to match my class mentor (see below), who actually looks even more like famous baldie Michael Rosenbaum in person! As many of you can attest, it felt so clean and liberating that I have not looked back.
An honorable mention also goes out to inspirational songwriter, musician and baldie Matt Scannell of Vertical Horizon.
I go back and forth using a razor and electric shaver, depending on whether I've skipped any days and how much time I have. I stumbled upon this website because today was the first time in 11 months that I've gotten the infamous acne bumps on the back of my head shortly after shaving. I had only used that brand of razor a few times before, but I suspect due to the location (right where the back of my head rounds up above the neck) that I shaved too close/hard. Based on advice from this site I'm going to give it a few days, and maybe stick to the electric until it goes away.
