While at ole Wally World doing the shopping today I checked out the disposables...what the hey....
I bought a pack of Bic Hybrid 4.
Disposable but not disposable?
It came with a handle and 4 cartridges, but also the forewarning "Refills not sold for handle."
So, it's a handle with 4 refills, then you chuck it and get another handle and 4 more refills.
But for $6.?? and a $1 off coupon to use right then, I'll give it a shot.
Got home, groceries away and TO THE BAT SINK!!
Quick wash with same old shampoo I still have from when I had hair, hot towel for a few mins and a pump (yes, only 1, I'm gonna get my 100 shaves this time!!) from the Head Slick.
One time all over the dome, rinsing every other swipe, just as I do with my Hydro 5.
And the results??
SMOOTH..very smooth.
Of course there was the usual touch up places. The same ones I have to hit twice every time due odd azz hair growth in that area.
Will it stay as smooth as long as it does with the Hydro 5, don't know yet.
Will the blades last as long? I shook them and gave them a few sprays with 92% alcohol, same as I do my Hydros.
Though if they are as good or even within spitting difference of the H5s, I will have a new $5 shaver.

Good Post , Good Points,
I have plenty of time at times to much but always enjoy a hot towel over the head and face. It reminds me of the good days. Also the prices that are up on everything. People losing their houses, kids going with out clothes, parents on drugs,
I need not to say more.
But this sounds good. Thank you for sharing. -

i've used bic hybrid 4 before and the shave is pretty decent
