I don't think I am going to trim it now.  I actually would like to go until Christmas without trimming.  I must admit that I am finally comfortable in my own skin to the point that I feel like doing it.  Heck, maybe I will eventually get a Utilikilt to go with it!  Even though I do not own a motorcycle, I am really tempted to get a Harley t=shirt!  Probably no piercings or tattoos!  Just not my thing, personally!

Looks terrific.  I'm insanely jealous but I find every time mine gets to a certain length I can't stop myself trimming it especially on the sides.

Mr. Nuts, as I have heard said (and it has worked for me), when you get the urge to trim, give yourself 24 hours to think about it before taking any action.  You will usually come to your senses and leave it alone, or at least do much less trimming.  If after 24 hours you still think you need to butcher it, go ahead.

No offence to the guys that prefer a closely trimmed beard.  But if you are jealous of an epic beard such as the one Marsh is cultivating, no better time than now to go for it.

I now finally have a Yeard!!!!!!!!!!
I am at least going to go untrimmed, except for cleaning up things like the mustache.  I really don't like that getting in my mouth!  But I am at least going to do it through Christmas.  But I am really tempted to permanently just keep the beard long and go terminal.  Or course, the dome is going to stay sly!  But truly, this is undetermined!  But here is the pic of my Yeard!

Recently I made a trip to Vancouver and had two beard related encounters.  First, while bicycling along the Stanley Park seawall, I overheard a conversation about having to shave off a beard.  I turned around and there was this young guy with a great beard.  So I ended up talking to him and found out that his employer was going to make him shave off the beard.  This guy works for the city.  I don't think it is a city policy, but just a jerk of a boss.  But it turned into a nice conversation about beards.  No, this guy was not sly or even losing hair.

The second encounter was while I was walking along the waterfront.  Two young guys passed me by and started shouting, "Fear The Beard.....Fear The Beard!!!!!".  I turned around and laughed.  Then I said, "Thanks for the compliments dudes!".  Funny I did NOT think I looked like Brian Wilson or could play baseball!  LOL! ;D

But I guess that I now have a beard that is getting to be noteworthy!  I have to admit that I like it!
