Hi! im Rix :)
« on: September 30, 2012, 08:16:59 AM »
im from NYC
came here to find out better ways to keep my Chelsea Cut smooth

this is my dilemma

NEED HELP! what can make me SMOOTH bald w/o using a razor blade?

i like to rock a Chelsea Cut

this is me:

i dont like it to be buzzed back there i like it to be SMOOTH bald

i dont want to use razor blades/shavers anymore because i feel like they are too damaging to my scalp; (i end up with alot of slices, nicks and cuts...eventually i dont want that to end up preventing me from growing my hair back in one day)

are there electric razors that can make you totally smooth bald?

i borrowed a cheap conair electric razor and it was pretty much useless

i have no idea even where to look  :(

can anyone help???

be who you are, say what you feel, because those who matter don't mind, and those who mind don't matter

No, your hair will continue to grow normally.  Shaving does not stop your hair from growing.  If you don't want to use a razor, the best you can do is invest in a good wet/dry electric razor like the Panasonics.  Using it with a good shaving cream will give a very close, but not totally smooth shave.  Only a blade can do that.

Hi Rix, Npsbg hit the nail on the head, a wet shave electric will get the closest electric, but nothing is as close as a blade. If you want to keep it up long-term, try the headblade, it makes the process easier for many of us.
