The day "the music died" in Canada

Sam Sniderman passed away an September 23, 2012, at the age of 92.  He was known as "Sam the Record Man", but he also gave money to many upcoming Canadian artists , Gordon Lightfoot and Joni Mitchell, and The Guess Who just to name a few.

The World is a more sad  place without Sam
