yes, I used to cut myself with the headlade too. This will only happen in the very first week of using it. Now, if I want, I'm preety sure I can not nick myself with it.

I have had my yellow HeadBlade Sport for about 4 months.  After my maid dropped it while cleaning, the yellow adaptor broke.  I fixed it by using a small blob of glue gun resin which held out very well.  I do not buy the original HB triple blades as I find them too pricey as opposed to the Gillette Contour plus which also work MUCH better on my dome.

The problem is that I was forced to by a pack of HB blades for R100 just to be able to get two spare yellow adaptors.  Now the HB blades are just sitting in my cupboard as a back up.  Seems a bit of a waste.

Other than that I have had no problems at all.  As much as I prefer DE shaving on my noggin and face, I still believe the HeadBlade is an awesome device for any Sly man who needs need a quick shave.

I've only used a Headblade Classic razor since going sly New Year's Day, 2007. It still works like a charm.
I use Atra blades and change the adaptor every 6 months or so.

I do not plan on changing razors anytime soon.

I had my original sport for 5 years. Then my new sport for 6 months. Now I'm using the ATX, but with Gillete sensor 3 blades not HB4 or HB6 blades because the adaptor gives me a patchy shave. The only thing that has happened was I broke one of the atra adaptors.
