YOSP, I can understand your frustration, but the last thing you want to do is beat this guys ass. As I've gotten older (read in: Job, mortgage, etc) I've come to realize the only thing I'd fight for is my family. In my younger days, it would have been ugly. Too much to lose now to fight somebody over nothing. However, if you have nothing to lose, well...tear him up. A better (balder) head will prevail.

I'm with GBORN on this one. Not that I'm against a good a$$ whoopin' for someone that deserves it. I just think you can find a much slier way to remedy this that doesn't involve getting thrown into jail.

For any one who used to follow Saturday Night live, simply raise your thumb and fore fingers horizontally and open until they are big enough for his noodle to fit in, while making a pinching motion say to yourself "I crush your head, I crush your head"

I do appreciate the feedback from both sides, I let myself get fired up from time to time...I really hate cowards that talk sh** and act like the way this guy did when the bigger thing to do would be to apologize, or even a "my fault bro", would do fine...
I know about the other ramifications as well, and because this guy would probably call the cops, I am going to be the bigger person...5YRS ago though, I wouldn't of hesitated to make a point, but now I think the mature thing to do is to just press-on
An assualt charge and restitution is something I don't want to deal with...

Letting it go is the best remedy. I used to stay ticked off about an idiot manuever for a good while. But I've tried to focus on the big picture and assume the guy/gal is just an a-hole. My wife and I are good sounding boards for each other when we witness or are involved with someone that needs the
sign.
Someone to talk to over a tasty schrotini cures a lot of ills. -
