Well, I appreciate all the comments. I decided to go get an opinion from a doctor and was going to just get over it if there's nothing that can be done.
What she said though surprised me and made sense. She said the excess skin is normal and isn't an issue, its the fact that I have Hollow temples. She showed me on the computer on how if I had fat injected into the area, like most people do, the "lightbulb" look would fade away.
In other words, its just an illusion caused by the lack of fat in my temples.
The prognosis was some cosmetic injections, which she said was cheap, easy, and completely safe, and should be done by a plastic surgeon/physician. I still don't know if I plan to do it, since I think that's a bit drastic. I'm not sure though, we will see.
I'm just glad to know that there is something causing this "look" that I have such a disdain for. I'm kinda getting use to it now and liking it, so we will see.
