indeed. the fact is that, by using long strokes, you'll get it done faster. like with the headblade:D

I've seen this before and I think it's ridiculous. I'll put my trusty HB up against that lack of technique any day. He must have  some serious irritation afterward.  :/O

If I tried shaving in this fashion, I would have nicks and random stubble everywhere. I enjoy the act of shaving. Don't want to rush through it.

It's sped up, but even barring that, I imagine he's going too fast for comfort.  And his technique of short, choppy strokes over the same area many times without rinsing his blade looks miserable.

That's insane, and not in a good way.

I could go faster in the mornings (though not crazy fast) but I prefer not to. The whole shaving ritual is very zen-like for me. (No disrespect intended for those who are stringent disciples of all that zen entails.)

And since the unexpected arrival of "MOJO from the North" I'm seriously not going to rush it!

That is crazy, I am pretty sure that is sped up a bit... but still, I am amazed he didn't nick himself, and the irritation he must get would be intense!

 I am quite happy with my method of slow and steady... I've had to rush the last couple of shaves and that is when I have nicked myself!

I'd have so many ingrown hairs on my neck and face if I shaved this aggressive. No need to go this fast ever.
